17 Miracles
I saw this over the weekend with my family. I haven't thought about the Martin and Willie handcart companies for a while. They really paid a huge price to help build the Kingdom of God.

Soul Surfer

I just got back from this movie with my family. What an inspirational movie and I loved that it showed their faith in God and how it is an integrel part of their lives. I loved this and recommend it to everyone!

A few childhood classics that are worth your time
We just watched this over the holiday break and I forgot what great movies with great messages these movies have. They just don't make movies for children that are this good anymore.
Pollyanna:
Little Lord Fauntleroy was written by Frances Hodgson Burnett. She is also the author of my favorite book as a child, The Secret Garden. I read that book over and over. It is wonderful.

The Scarlet Pimpernel
![]()
It ends very soon but I finally made it to the Hale Theater in Orem to see The Scarlet Pimpernel. It was superb, just like everything they do there. I was glad I got to see it. I thought the music was wonderful. I loved everything about it.

Ode to the Library...

I was at the book fair at our school today and I was looking around at all the books and couldn't find anything that I wanted to pay for. I left empty-handed and feeling a little let down. Then I started realizing it is because I am, and will always be, a library girl.
Anyone who knows me, knows that I will only buy a book if I intend to read it again. Who wants to buy a book, read it, and then put it on your shelf forever?! What if you didn't like it? You spent so much money on it that you can't throw it away. That is why a library is so wonderful. You can get almost any book you want. And you can get as many books as you want! Then if you don't like it, you give it back. What if you liked it? Easy, you can go buy it!
I LOVE LIBRARIES!! I can't tell you how many hours I have spent looking at books at the library. I have memories of riding my bike to the Orem library in the summertime and finding books to read.
I LOVE LIBRARIES!!
